lyfeIO is built around you owning your life data. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We'll update it when our practices change.
What we collect
- Account details you provide (email, display name, optional profile fields).
- Memories, timeline entries, and chat content you choose to save.
- Billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
- Technical logs needed to operate the service securely.
How we use it
We use your data to run lyfeIO: organising your memories, surfacing insights, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your personal data.
AI processing uses commercial API providers under terms that prohibit training on your content.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data from Settings at any time. If you delete your account, you have 30 days to change your mind before permanent deletion.
